This villa is located in a quiet area of Pollença, only few minutes from the sea. The main house offers three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living room with an open fireplace that also opens onto the country kitchen. In the guesthouse, there is another double bedroom with a bathroom. The furnished, covered terrace is perfect for meals or just to sit and relax. The large pool and barbecue make the villa equally perfect for families with children or groups such as hikers or cyclists. The large lawn area is a perfect place for children to play and run about. You can easily reach the beaches and shops of Puerto Pollença and Alcudia with a five-minute car journey. Pollença’s old town is also just a ten-minute drive away. Es waren sehr schöne zwei Wochen in der Finca auf Mallorca. Man hatte das Privileg in der Finca keinen Nachbarn zu sehen, da das Grundstück sehr groß ist und von hohen Hecken umzäunt ist.

Nice place , really liked the art work on the walls , and the decoration , there is a bathroom to every bedroom which is great . Kitchen well equipped . The annex is completely separate to the main building , which I couldn’t tell from the photos , which made it more private Only negative was no local shop to walk too, we had to drive to everything although everything was 10 minutes away , so car is essential . We love pollenca , we visited the market on the Sunday , some great deals to be had . The shops in Mallorca are amazing , the restaurants are 5 star.

der Urlaub auf Mallorca hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir fühlten uns von Ihnen rundum gut betreut.

Hallo Frau Prager,
vielen herzlichen Dank für ihre Unterstützung und den reibungslosen Ablauf während unseres Aufenthaltes auf der Finca Can Grog.
Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub und uns hat die Finca sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, gepflegt und sauber und das gesamte Team drum herum war freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Auch unsere drei Kinder haben großen Spass gehabt und mit all ihren Vorzügen ist die Finca Can Grog ein toller Ort um abzuschalten und zu geniessen. Wir kommen bestimmt und gerne noch mal wieder!

Wir waren im Juli für 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien in der Finca Can Grog. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen .Es hat nichts gefehlt und die Lage ist großartig. Man ist schnell in Pollenca und Alcudia und auch die Strände
sind schnell zu erreichen. Eine tolle Betreuung durch Frau Prager mit prima Tips zum Essengehen und Ausflüge. Die Kids haben den Pool total genossen.
Wir können es weiter empfehlen !!

We had a fab holiday. We were met by Martina, who was lovely, very helpful, told us where some good beaches, restaurants, markets, etc. were. The house was very homely. The pool was luvally, as were the grounds, fig and plum trees, and grape vine. A perfect location, with car, five minutes along the road to Pollensa, which is beautiful.

• As fast as possible contacto-mallorca will inform you about the availability about the object.
• If you want to book you will get the confirmation and you have to make a first payment. Before your arrival your will get the instructions how to arrive at your holiday home.
contacto-mallorca acts as an agent for a firm booking, the binding conclusion of a rental agreement for a holiday home in Majorca chosen by the Tenant.
II. The rental price of the rental property shown on the internet includes the agency fee for contacto-mallorca. However, the agency fee and the rent are to be paid separately. The agency fee is to be paid directly to contacto-mallorca, the rental costs on arrival at the rental property to the landlord or his authorised representative or by bank transfer.
The account payment has to be made within a week after signing this contract. After receipt of the deposit according to the agreement, but no later than seven days prior to departure, contacto-mallorca will send the tenant the documents for the property in writing (per mail, fax or email) including a location plan and directions.
The tenant agrees to give contacto-mallorca in time, but no later than seven days prior to his arrival in Majorca his estimated time of arrival and his mobile number.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 20 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.
The tenant is entitled to use the whole rented property including furniture and commodities. The tenant shall take all- reasonable care of the property including all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the premises. The tenant shall be liable for any losses or damages caused carelessly or intentionally to the property or any part thereof or any of the chattels therein that may occur during the tenant’s occupation of the property. The tenant shall also be held responsible for any negligence on part of his children, guests or other companions.
The tenant must pay the rental price directly on site, on arrival at the rental property in cash to the landlord or his authorised representative, or by bank transfer. Heating and electricity costs will be charged separately as a lump sum at the end of the rental period (depending on the property – see description of property).
In the event of defaults occurring during the rental period the tenant is obliged to alert contacto-mallorca immediately to a default or damage at the property, including proper complaints of the tenant. Defaults during the rental period and tenant’s complaints shall be notified in writing to be effective. If the tenant doesn’t meet this obligation to disclosure or only does so insufficiently, the raising of claims due to defaults or complaints is excluded.
During tenancy contacto-mallorca is not liable for damages to property and persons suffered by the tenant during the rental; the same applies for the children, guests and companions of the Tenant.
The provision of additional beds or cots requires written prior agreement.
Pets will only be allowed at the premises following written prior consent.
Check-in time for the property is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. The property has to be left broom clean.
Under no circumstances may the number of persons at the property exceed the maximum number of persons as stated in the agreement. In case of a tenant-induced over-occupancy, which has not been previously cleared, contacto-mallorca is entitled to refuse the completion of this agreement unless the tenant provides alternative local accommodations for the extra guests at his own expense.
Any changes and amendments to this agreement shall be in writing to be legally binding, or rather confirmed in writing by contacto-mallorca.
Should any part of the present agreement become invalid, the validity of the present agreement shall remain unaffected. In such case the invalid provision(s) shall be replaced by the provisions of the applicable law. The same applies in case of a loophole in the contract.
For this agreement applies the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Berlin.
