A beautiful villa with a private pool in Randa. The location is tranquil and offers beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountain range.
Casa Randa is a beautifully refurbished house in Randa. Due to its mountain location, the house enjoys beautiful views. There is a private pool, Wi-Fi and also central heating for the winter.
The living room has a fireplace and leads through to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The house offers two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, and two bathrooms. There is a spacious sun terrace and also a covered terrace.
Casa Randa is in a beautiful location in the small village of Randa. This holiday home enjoys a quiet location on the Puig de Randa mountain. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and guarantees a relaxing holiday in this beautiful natural landscape. The ‘Es Trenc’ natural beach, with its Caribbean flair, is easily accessible by car. Liebe Frau Prager,
wir sind gut erholt wieder zuhause und hatten eine tolle, erholsame Woche bei bestem Wetter in Randa.
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen – alles war so wie auf den Bildern Ihrer Anzeige (die Aussicht hat uns bei jedem Blick aus dem Fenster geradewegs “umgehauen”!) und der Kontakt mit Macia und seiner Frau war sehr angenehm und problemlos.
Für den Sommer sind wir zwar schon versorgt, aber gerne buchen wir wieder über contacto-mallorca, wenn es sich ergibt. Ich wünsche Ihnen weiterhin viel Erfolg und alles Gute, herzlich,

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Es war alles bestens, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen und wir haben uns über das gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Haus, das außerdem eine sehr schöne Aussicht hat, gefreut. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Tolle Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen mit super Ausblick. Küche top ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Kaffemaschine ging kaputt und wurde noch am selben Tag ersetzt. Super. Insgesamt haben wir das vorgefunden, was wir erwartet hatten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Liebe Reisende, die Unterkunft von Martina ist die Reise wert. Der Ausblick über Mallorca in Verbindung mit dem im Horizont mündenden Pool einfach wunderschön. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet und an Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Ich war gemeinsam mit 3 Kumpels in Martinas Unterkunft und wie waren uns einig, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Lg Damian

Ein wunderbarer Ort der Erholung: Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben wunderbare Tipps. Randa ist ein sehr gemütlicher Ort mit sehr netten Bewohnern! Es gibt eine Bar mit gutem Essen und ein Hotel in dem man bei einem wunderschönen Ausblick sein Essen genießen kann. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Palma (30 Minuten), Soller (ca. 1 Stunde) und den wunderschön Strand von Le Trenc (30 Minuten) mit wirklich guten Bars und wunderschönem Sonnenuntergängen. Lluccarmor hat einen schönen Wochenmarkt und nette Tapas-bars. Auch frühstücken und bummeln kann man sehr gut! Doch das wirkliche Highlight ist das Haus, welches liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Und die Ruhe! Und der unbeschreiblich schöne Ausblick! Den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse zu genießen ist einfach fantastisch! Wir haben die Umgebung und die Privatsphäre sehr genossen und viel Zeit in dem herrlichen Pool mit Weitblick genossen! Vielen Dank!

Noch vor Ort, möchten wir unsere Begeisterung mitteilen! Unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft hatte uns nicht gefallen und contacto-mallorca hat dann für uns diese Perle gefunden. Reisende, die absolute Ruhe und Idylle suchen sind in Randa, in diesem wunderschönen Stadthaus bestens aufgehoben. Ein sehr schönes, individuelles Ferienhaus un dann auch noch mit Pool und einem traumhaften Ausblick. Leider sind die letzten Urlaubstage gezählt, wir genießen den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen. Vielen Dank Frau Prager für Ihren Einsatz und schnelle Hilfe, Sie haben unseren Urlaub gerettet. Gerne empfehlen wie Sie weiter.

Terms & Conditions Majorca Holiday Rental

• With sending an e-mail you inquire if the holiday home is available.
• As fast as possible contacto-mallorca will inform you about the availability about the object.
• If you want to book you will get the confirmation and you have to make a first payment. Before your arrival your will get the instructions how to arrive at your holiday home.

I.
contacto-mallorca acts as an agent for a firm booking, the binding conclusion of a rental agreement for a holiday home in Majorca chosen by the Tenant.
II. The rental price of the rental property shown on the internet includes the agency fee for contacto-mallorca. However, the agency fee and the rent are to be paid separately. The agency fee is to be paid directly to contacto-mallorca, the rental costs on arrival at the rental property to the landlord or his authorised representative or by bank transfer.
III.
The account payment has to be made within a week after signing this contract. After receipt of the deposit according to the agreement, but no later than seven days prior to departure, contacto-mallorca will send the tenant the documents for the property in writing (per mail, fax or email) including a location plan and directions.
The tenant agrees to give contacto-mallorca in time, but no later than seven days prior to his arrival in Majorca his estimated time of arrival and his mobile number.
IV.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.

In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:

• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 20 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

VI.
The tenant is entitled to use the whole rented property including furniture and commodities. The tenant shall take all- reasonable care of the property including all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the premises. The tenant shall be liable for any losses or damages caused carelessly or intentionally to the property or any part thereof or any of the chattels therein that may occur during the tenant’s occupation of the property. The tenant shall also be held responsible for any negligence on part of his children, guests or other companions.
VII.
The tenant must pay the rental price directly on site, on arrival at the rental property in cash to the landlord or his authorised representative, or by bank transfer. Heating and electricity costs will be charged separately as a lump sum at the end of the rental period (depending on the property – see description of property).
VIII.
In the event of defaults occurring during the rental period the tenant is obliged to alert contacto-mallorca immediately to a default or damage at the property, including proper complaints of the tenant. Defaults during the rental period and tenant’s complaints shall be notified in writing to be effective. If the tenant doesn’t meet this obligation to disclosure or only does so insufficiently, the raising of claims due to defaults or complaints is excluded.
During tenancy contacto-mallorca is not liable for damages to property and persons suffered by the tenant during the rental; the same applies for the children, guests and companions of the Tenant.
IX.
The provision of additional beds or cots requires written prior agreement.
Pets will only be allowed at the premises following written prior consent.
Check-in time for the property is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. The property has to be left broom clean.
X.
Under no circumstances may the number of persons at the property exceed the maximum number of persons as stated in the agreement. In case of a tenant-induced over-occupancy, which has not been previously cleared, contacto-mallorca is entitled to refuse the completion of this agreement unless the tenant provides alternative local accommodations for the extra guests at his own expense.
XI.
Any changes and amendments to this agreement shall be in writing to be legally binding, or rather confirmed in writing by contacto-mallorca.
Should any part of the present agreement become invalid, the validity of the present agreement shall remain unaffected. In such case the invalid provision(s) shall be replaced by the provisions of the applicable law. The same applies in case of a loophole in the contract.

For this agreement applies the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Berlin.
