1 . The booking is concluded by contacto-mallorca on behalf of the above-mentioned owner or landlord. contacto-mallorca is an intermediary. The rental contract is concluded between the holiday guest and the owner. contacto-mallorca offers guests personalised advice, booking processing and support during their stay.<\/p>\n
2. the agent charges the holidaymaker a service fee for acting as an intermediary. The rental price of the rental property shown on the Internet includes this service fee. The holiday guest shall receive an invoice for the service fee including German VAT.<\/p>\n
3. the tenant undertakes to provide contacto-mallorca with his address and ID details, mobile phone number, arrival and departure times in Palma de Mallorca at the time of booking, but no later than 7 days before departure. This also applies to the details of fellow travellers. The guest will receive a link for registration by email shortly before arrival.<\/p>\n
4. the tenant can withdraw from this contract at any time before the start of the rental period. The cancellation must be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, whereby a registered letter\/return receipt or e-mail shall suffice to comply with the written form requirement. The declaration of cancellation shall take effect on the date on which it is received by contacto-mallorca. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the tenant undertakes to pay the cancellation costs incurred.<\/p>\n
5. the landlord provides the above-mentioned rental property to the tenant for the rental period, for living. The local Eco Tasa is payable for all properties. Partly in cash or with the last payment before arrival.<\/p>\n
6. the tenant has the right to use the entire rental property, including furniture and utensils, for the agreed period. He undertakes to treat the rented property and its inventory, including the utensils and any communal facilities, with the greatest possible care. The tenant is obliged to pay compensation for any damage to the rented property caused negligently or intentionally by the tenant during the rental period. The tenant shall be liable for the fault of children, guests or other persons accompanying the tenant in the same way as for his own fault.<\/p>\n
7. in the event of service disruptions occurring during the rental period, the tenant is obliged to notify contacto-mallorca immediately of any service disruption or damage to the rental property; this also applies to complaints by the tenant. Disruptions to performance during the rental period and complaints by the tenant must also be reported in writing in order to be valid. If the tenant does not fulfil this obligation to notify or does not do so sufficiently, the assertion of claims due to service disruptions or complaints is excluded. The landlord is not liable for personal injury or damage to property suffered by the tenant during the rental period in the rented property; the same applies to children, guests and accompanying persons of the tenant.<\/p>\n
8. the provision of additional beds and cots requires written agreement. Pets are not permitted. The rented property is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure it must be left swept clean by 10:00 am. Special requests\/changes must be confirmed. Special requests, changes and non-compliance will be charged extra at \u20ac50 per booking.<\/p>\n
9. the rented property may not be occupied by more persons than specified in the contract. In the event of over-occupancy for which the tenant is responsible and which has not been agreed in advance, the landlord shall be entitled to refuse to fulfil this agreement altogether if the tenant does not provide alternative accommodation for the excess persons on site at his own expense. 10.<\/p>\n
10. amendments and additions to this agreement shall only be effective if they are made in writing or confirmed in writing by contacto-mallorca. Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the agreement. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intentions of the contracting parties. In case of doubt, the statutory provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in the contract.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Im Falle des Vertragsr\u00fccktritts verpflichtet sich der Mieter zur Bezahlung folgender Stornokosten:
Kommt der Mieter dieser Anzeigepflicht nicht oder nicht ausreichend nach, ist die Geltendmachung von Anspr\u00fcchen wegen Leistungsst\u00f6rungen oder Beanstandungen ausgeschlossen.
Der Vermieter haftet w\u00e4hrend der Mietzeit nicht f\u00fcr Personen- und Sachsch\u00e4den, die der Mieter w\u00e4hrend der Mietzeit im Mietobjekt erleidet; dasselbe gilt auch f\u00fcr Kinder, G\u00e4ste und Begleitpersonen des Mieters.<\/li>
Auch die Mitnahme von Haustieren in das Mietobjekt ist nur nach vorheriger schriftlicher Vereinbarung erlaubt.
Das Mietobjekt steht am Anreisetag ab 13:00 Uhr zur Verf\u00fcgung. Am Abreisetag ist es bis 10:00 Uhr zu r\u00e4umen.<\/li>
